Peak Adventures designs and operates adventure-based corporate retreats, executive offsites, and private expeditions. Services are booked through direct consultation with our team, not through automated purchase on this website. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer; a retreat is confirmed only through a signed agreement and deposit as outlined during our booking process.
Use of the Website
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Booking, Payment, and Cancellation

Assumption of Risk
Adventure-based activities — including but not limited to hiking, climbing, water-based activities, and backcountry travel — carry inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury or death, that cannot be eliminated regardless of care taken. By participating in a Peak Adventures retreat, each participant acknowledges and voluntarily assumes these risks.
This Site provides general information only. Before any retreat, participants are required to complete a separate, trip-specific liability waiver and assumption-of-risk agreement, which contains the full and controlling terms governing participation. Nothing on this website substitutes for that document.
Participant Health and Fitness
Participants are required to disclose relevant medical information, medications, allergies, and fitness limitations prior to a retreat, as described in our Privacy Policy. Peak Adventures relies on the accuracy of this information to design a safe and appropriate experience. Participants are responsible for consulting their own physician regarding fitness to participate in physically demanding activities.
