Sensitive Information (Health and Medical Data)
Because our retreats involve physical activity in remote or backcountry settings, we collect health-related information — including medications, allergies, and fitness level — as part of participant intake. This information is:

- Shared only with the specific guide staff assigned to your trip, on a need-to-know basis
- Not used for marketing purposes
- Retained according to our data retention schedule described below

- Service providers who help us operate our business (client portal / CRM platform, payment processors, scheduling and communication tools), under contractual obligations to protect your data
- Our own guide and operations staff, scoped to what each role needs to do their job

We do not share participant health information with unrelated third parties, and we do not sell personal information to data brokers or advertisers.
Data Retention
We retain participant and client records for seven (7) years following the conclusion of a retreat, consistent with our internal record-retention policy. After this period, records are reviewed for archiving or secure deletion. You may request earlier deletion of your information, subject to Section 7 below.
